The same maturity framework applies to both scopes. Core assesses four domains; Complete+ adds three. Financial and company-profile inputs are additional to the maturity questions.
Deterministic scoring
Maturity responses are evaluated using defined scoring rules. Core covers 80 questions across four domains; Complete+ covers 107 across seven. Financial and profile inputs are additional. The five maturity levels run from Initial to Optimised.
Benchmarking
Structured maturity reference standards and applicable benchmark information, including published research, derived reference data and GTD expert calibration. These are reference comparisons, not evidence of a live proprietary client cohort.
Financial modelling and sensitivity
Client inputs and reference assumptions support estimated opportunities where evidence is sufficient. Conservative, Base and Optimistic scenarios expose sensitivity to assumptions. Operational, strategic and risk findings are not forced into a euro value.
AI-assisted composition and professional review
External AI services assist the preparation of draft narrative using supplied assessment information and GTD methodology. Scoring and financial calculations are implemented separately. Draft language requires professional interpretation; AI narrative is not guaranteed to be deterministic or error-free.
Enquiries, diagnostic data and Stealth Mode
Website enquiries are recorded separately from diagnostic responses and trigger an email alert. Scoping continues by email. Stealth Mode supports a pseudonymous diagnostic on request; it does not make an identifiable enquiry or subsequent invoicing anonymous.
